London, 13th November 2025  - Imunis, the innovative vaccination records and adherence platform, today announces its official UK launch following completion of the prestigious DigitalHealth.London Launchpad programme.

The launch kicks off with the immediate introduction of Imunis at  Central Health London, one of London’s premier private clinics, and a future strategic collaboration with Patients Know Best (PKB), the world’s largest single patient record platform hosting millions of NHS records.

Patients enrolled on the Imunis platform will receive digital records for vaccinations administered at Central Health London direct to their Imunis account, and have access to the Imunis Records Digitisation Service, facilitating digitisation of a single, lifetime vaccination record. Parents and carers are able to manage their dependant’s records within a secure account, and records can be seamlessly transferred to young people in a GDPR-compliant experience that encourages engagement in preventative health from a young age. The Imunis Travel Vaccination Planner streamlines pre-travel health, with personalised, official vaccination guidance delivered straight to the phone. Central Health London, alongside its sister clinic in Hong Kong, offers exceptional private family healthcare covering general practice, women’s health, paediatrics, obstetrics, maternity care, and child and adult psychiatry.

Imunis empowers clinicians to achieve high vaccination adherence. The platform deploys a sophisticated rules engine that keeps patients consistently up-to-date, providing a real-time vaccination status and reminders. The Imunis Data Model supports accurate, two-way information exchange by applying national data standards, dramatically reducing recording errors while simplifying terminology for patient comprehension. This strategically strengthens the independent sector’s ability to contribute to continuity of care while expertly optimising vaccine stock, all integrated with the medical records platform of choice.

In early 2026, Imunis will integrate with the Patients Know Best platform, enabling patients to store vaccination data from their NHS GP in the Imunis app from the PKB record, providing them with the best display and understanding of their vaccination status. This collaboration will facilitate a more complete and accurate vaccination record for PKB customers and demonstrate Imunis’ ability to enrich the core NHS vaccination record with personalised features, enabling patients to interpret their history, receive timely reminders and proactively manage their ongoing vaccination needs.

The collaborations are designed to demonstrate the digital joining up of health data between the independent and public sectors, a crucial step toward achieving true continuity of care within the UK health system. The platform directly addresses the issues of under- and over-vaccination caused by fragmented records and inconsistent vaccination reminders (Vaccination in the UK: Access, uptake and equity - RCPCH, July 2025).

Piloted in Hong Kong, Imunis has demonstrated the ability to radically reduce vaccination record errors, improve patient record completeness and increase vaccination rates by up to 19%. Imunis was founded by a patient and taken forward by an inter-disciplinary team of private and NHS healthcare professionals, and experienced technologists.

Chief Commercial Officer, Sally Rennison of Patients Know Best said “The Imunis app is such a great way to understand your vaccination status and it’s a pleasure to work with another alumnus of DigitalHealth.London.”

Chief Executive Officer, Emma Orman of Central Health London said  “At Central Health London, clinical excellence extends beyond our walls. Our partnership with Imunis makes us a digital-first leader, creating a seamless data bridge with the NHS that ensures our patients have accurate, unified records, empowering them with clear, timely health insights, strengthening access, and providing continuity and care wherever they are."

DigitalHealth.London said “Some of the UK’s greatest digital health innovators received help from DHL. It’s particularly wonderful to see our companies working together to advance patient care. That’s the spirit of DHL.”

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Emma Holcroft of Imunis said ‘Given the critical national focus on prevention and digital health, we’re thrilled to bring the Imunis platform to the UK and offer a solution that can genuinely help people remain consistently up-to-date with a key aspect of preventative health. Thank you to the team at DigitalHealth.London for an extremely valuable Launchpad programme, and we’re grateful to be working closely with Central Health London and Patients Know Best to empower patients to proactively manage their vaccination health.
